“It is the goal of every school district to prepare students to be college
and career ready. The opportunity to begin this process in an early
childhood setting is invaluable. It is imperative to develop in students
the idea of work as well as the skills necessary to be successful in work.
This early exposure to careers strengthens and supports the community
as we prepare students for the eventual workforce.” Paula Kedy Executive
Director, Academics and Instruction Ada City Schools
